Calculate Start Date Selecting Calculate Start Date performs calculation in a work order where you are positioned.
It is calculated on the basis of end data in manufacturing less the cycle time. The latter is calculated on the grounds of norms in manufacturing specification and work order. Everything is done according to the  same principles as when independently calculating manufacturing time. Furthermore, it is calculated on the basis of available resources where specific operations will be performed.
Whenever adequate data are not specified dates cannot be calculated. At the same time corresponding data appearing on work order and manufacturing specification are not displayed. In case an end date is not specified, the start date is calculated based on the current date.
Calculate End Date Selecting Calculate End Date performs calculation in a work order where you are positioned.
It is calculated on the basis of end data in manufacturing plus the cycle time.
In case a start date is not specified, the end date is calculated based on the current date.
