Copy Spec
Selecting Copy Spec from the wizards menu that can be found in Production opens a window for copying specification from the Specification panel in the Items register.
Here you can set the following criteria:
| Spec From |
Enter or select an item to copy specification. (by default: Whenever copying specification to work order the item is set as default value.) |
| Work Order |
Enter or select ID of work order to which you copy specification (by default: ID of the currently processed work order). |
| Copy Mode |
Select mode used for copying:
- Append at End - data from specification of item entered in Spec From field are added following the lines entered in specification from Spec To field.
- Append Non-Existing Lines - data from specification of item entered in Spec From field are added to the already entered lines of specification of item in Spec To.
- Overwrite - data from specification of item entered in Spec From field are added overwriting the lines of specification of item in Spec To field.

After copying finishes successfully, a notification is displayed in status bar.
