Utilization
You can use Utilization report type to display the utilization and discharges of fixed asset and small tools.
To limit a report type you can define following criteria:

Employee
|
You can limit the report to an individual employee. If you leave the field blank, the program will display a report for all employees.

Positions
|
You can limit the report to an individual position of employment.
|
|
Department
Cost center
|
You can limit the report to a certain department.
You can limit the report to a certain cost center.
|
|
Inv. No.
|
You can limit the report to a certain inventory number.
|
|
FA Type
|
You can limit the report to the asset type:
- Fixed Asset;
- Small Tools.
|
|
Period From - To
|
You can limit the report to the period of utilization or end utilization.
|

Responsibilities As
|
You can limit the report to the type of utilization:
- Utilization - a lists of all the utilizations of employees
- End – a list of all discharges of employees
- Any – a list of all utilizations and discharges of employees

A click on the Report button will run the procedure of reporting.
