Metadata








Metadata of document is additional data that allows us to quickly search and order documents. Each classification can have its own metadata that is defined in Classification. Metadata can be entered in different tabs of the workflow.
Metadata is defined as the data providing information about one or more aspects of the data; it is used to summarize basic information about data which can make tracking and working with specific data easier.
Metadata of a document is displayed by users who entered it. Metadata is set in the Classification where custom fields are defined.
