To enter the step-by-step settings required for the operation of the Documentation, the Documentation Setup Wizard has been prepared, which can be found in the Administration Panel->Settings->Documentation.

Clicking the Next button opens a step for importing classifications. Pre-prepared classifications can be imported by clicking on the Transfer from Server button and import the desired classifications by clicking Transfer into Register. Of course, post-import classifications can be supplemented or changed in the classification plan submenu, where we can also create our own Classification Plan.

000001.gif In the wizard, we simply import the classification plans from Web Service and we can see it in the Classifications preview. More detailed settings  (determination of metadata, responsible persons, storages, WorkFlow...) are set in the submenu Classification plan in Administration Panel-> Settings->Documentation->Classification Scheme or in Settings->Documentation->Classification plan

000001.gif Storage can be determined already upon import from Web Service for several classification or for the whole classification plan at once at import with add or add/update option.

After clicking on the Next button, the option to import Storages from Web Service opens. You first download them from the Web Service, after selecting the appropriate localization and Import Type by clicking on Transfer from Server. We transfer them to our database by clicking Transfer into Register.

The following storages can be imported:
• eDocumentation
• Certified Storage

Additional settings and reviews are available in the Storage submenu in Administration Panel->Settings->Documentation->Storage.
