1. Generating Payment Order Report
Last step in the payroll process is accouning payroll to general ledger. Using predefined earnings types and contributions types you are offered accounts. If you are using other subsidiary accounts, you have to modify them accordingly before accounting for payroll.
After crearing payroll for Alan Ford, click Post in the Posts panel.
Now a window is opened where you can select journal entry and period for posting payroll. In addition you can also select type of posting:
After posting payroll, posts are displayed in the panel. The payroll is assigned a closed status:
