Enter all deductions like consumer credits, housing loans, alimonies, enforcement in Credits panel in Employee Files. That is, specify type of credit or deduction. In case of enforcement, that is, salary deductions you can enter it in payroll preparation form not in Employee Files.

Apply earnings type when the employee exceeds agreed monthly mobile phone bill. Settings are kept, you can change ID and name. The earnings type is displayed in pay slip.
