Example:
Employees at a store work in two shifts. That is, their working time is ordered accordingly:
- first week they work from Monday to Friday: that is, from 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM
- second week they work from Monday to Friday: that is, from 12:00:00 AM to 20:00:00 PM
Let us determine working hours for two weeks.
|
To open Working Hours window go to:
Click
in taskbar in
Working Hours.

Proceed by entering ID. And select Two shifts in Name field.

Enter the planned working time. That is, enter the current date which represents start of week or shift. Hence lines from 1 to 7 represent the first week; and lines from 8 to 14 the second week.

|
Make sure that you enter the entire working hours cycle.
