Partial Deactivation

We can reduce the number of fixed assets and create new fixed assets / small tools with this function. The current fixed assets / small tools is disposed and new is created with the remaining quantity, value and accumulated depreciation.

After choosing Partial Deactivation option new window opens:

 

Inventory No. Shows inventory number of the asset or small tools for which we want to make partial deactivation. 
Quantity Shows the purchase quantity of FA.
New Qty By default, it shows the quantity of of fixed assets. We can enter a new (remaining) amount FA.
Reduce Qty By Enter the amount we want to reduce. This amount is connected with the amount New Oty. One we enter in the field and the other is calculated automatically.
Purchase Value Shows purchase value of  New quantity for the rest of FA.
Accumulated Depreciation Shows accumulated depreciation of New quantity for the rest of FA.
Deactivation Date We enter the date we want to proceed deactivation. This date will be visible in tab Value.
Partial Deactivation

Before the star of the partial deactivation (elimination) Pantheon displays the message that will disposed part of FA:

 

By clicking OK button, the partial elimination of FA happened with next events:

- The existing FA are liquidated,

- Create a new fixed asset with the remaining amount, the purchase vale and accumulated depreciation,

- Posting of the elimination of existing fixed assets,

- Posting of the new fixed assets (remaining values).
