Remote Support

 

Remote support (officially Remote Desktop Support, or RDS) allows you to share your computer's desktop with a support provider.

From now on, there are several remote support options (RDS) - a user can help another user by selecting the option "I want to help another user" on the RDS page, which opens a list of active user requests that need help. Use of this tool is free, provided that you are a PANTHEON user and logged in to the user pages.
