Starting Remote Support
After creating a remote support request, you will be redirected to a page where you have to wait for the support provider to connect. If the support provider does not connect within 15 minutes, the request is cancelled. You can cancel the request by clicking Cancel support request >.

When the support provider connects, you will be redirected to another page.

Click Run and once again Run to start the remote support session.


The remote support client window opens and you and your support provider can start working.
