Lines in Operations Panel:

Enter or select an alternate specification where a line can be found. |
(+) |
Clicking (+) opens additional lines related to this operation. In other words displays materials to be integrated in assembly when executing the operation. Which of the above-mentioned lines are integrated in assembly during specific operations can be defined by appropriate sequence of line numbers. Typically, most lines of materials are integrated during the first operation being assigned a smaller number than the related materials.

Batch |
Displays number of units in production batch. |
Time |
Displays total standard time required for operation. It includes production time (Tpr) and set-up time (Tsu). |
Used |
Displays the amount of working hours used for operation. |
U/M |
Enter or select a unit of measurement for production time. |
Resource
|
Select an ID of resource where operations is executed. |
Tpr
|
Enter production time required for assembly production. |
Tsu
|
Enter set-up time required for production of specified quantities expressed in the selected unit - assembly series. |
U/M
|
Displays the main unit of measurement according to the time constant. |

Enter or select unit of measurement for time. |
Formula
|
Enter or select a formula in order to calculate quantity of work required for manufacturing a certain amount of product. |
Oper. Type |
Enter or select among the following types of operations: Work Operation, Fictional Operation, Control Operation, External Operation. |
Spec Qty |
Enter quantity in case of external operation (e.g. sub-contracting). |
Volume |
Enter or select number of units in assembly ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units for which production time was set. That is, if you select 1,000 units, the production time is expressed for production of 1000 units. |
Spec U/M |
Enter or select the main unit of measurement used for quantity in line of external operation. |
Offset Type |
Select an offset type between the previous and this operation marking in which sequence the operations are performed: Simultaneous to previous, After previous has finished, Time offset, Quantity offset. |
Offset

Enter offset time between the two operations. |
Resource
|
Optional field: In order to calculate production costs select number of resources when executing an operation. |
Salary Grade
|
Optional field: In order to calculate production costs select a salary grade for employees when executing an operation. Enter it manually. Otherwise it is filled-in when you enter resource. That is, if you have not already entered salary grade or when it is the same as the one set in the previous line. |
Bonus
|
Optional field:In order to calculate production costs.select a bonus for employees when executing an operation. |

Start |
Enter or select date and time when the operation started. It can be found in scheduled data when releasing work orders or changing data when editing operation in manufacturing specification. |
End |
Enter or select date and time when the operation ended. It can be found in scheduled data when releasing work orders or changing data when editing operation in manufacturing specification. |
Active |
If checked, shows that a line is active and you are able to create report of work documentation. |
Finished |
If checked, displays that the operation was finished. Plus it tells you that it was entirely finished. |

Displays item type. |

Displays an ID of primary category of item. |
Sec. Category |
Displays an ID of secondary category of item. |
Tpr/1 |
Displays production time required per batch or assembly unit. |
Tsu1 |
Displays set-up time requird for productio of series. |

Displays production time according to volume. |
Tsu/Volume |
Displays set-up time according to volume. |
Altering product specification on work order specification is colored.
If you add different operations the record will be colored in blue.
