Subjects
The Subjects register is the one most often used. It contains data about all subjects (entities) with whom the company does business: customers, suppliers, or carriers; both individuals (natural persons) and legal persons.
The Subjects register/tab opens directly upon clicking on Registers in the main menu.
The window can be divided into two sections:
- Subjects command line – with important action buttons: Create new subject and Import Subjects;
- List of subjects – the biggest part of the screen with subjects and their data, shows directly after selecting Subjects in the menu.
When selecting a subject, a new panel opens with:
- Subject basic data and its Subject type subpanel.
