Select User
With the Select User block, you can select the user to whom you direct further course of the workflow, e. g. determine the user for the next task etc. It is also possible to set and select more users.

WARNING
To run the Select User block correctly, it is mandatory to select the user, under which the block will be run.

Double-clicking on a Select User block opens the standard Task Edit window for block settings.
For Select User, the only mandatory field to define is to select the user:

Assigned to
|
Select the user under which the block will be run
|
Additionally, you can define the user in more detail by setting these Variables:

Multi Users
|
If you want to enable selecting more than one user, set the value to True (MultiUsers = True).

User Group
|
If you want to enable selecting user(s) only from a specific group ID from table tPA_UserGroup.anUserGroup, set the value to True.
|
|
User Filter
|
You can add delimited values of user IDs from tPA_User.anUserId.
If you want to select only among certain users (e. g. different functions, like Contact Persons registers, users from different documents etc.), you can set the variable SelectedUsers and transfer it to UserFilter variable.
