Appointment Calendar
The Appointment calendar tab is used for entering appointments for customers ordering various services.
It is helpful for all businesses that deal with scheduling customer appointments in various services such as hairdressing and beauty salons, medical and dental clinics, car repair shops and fitness centers, along with many others.

WARNING
The Appointment calendar will only appear in the main menu on the left or as a tab in Orders when the Appointment calendar toggle button is enabled on at least one Document Type for Orders.

The tab window is divided into two sections:
- Calendar header with filters
- Calendar display (main part of the window)

Koledar poleg naročil prikazuje tudi planirani delovni čas zaposlenega skupaj z odsotnostmi (dopusti, boleznine,...).
Planirani delovni čas je v stolpcih obarvan v belo barvo ves preostali delovni čas izven planiranega del. časa pa je obarvan v sivo barvo:
V kolikor je naročilo vpisano na dan odsotnosti zaposlenega se bo naročilo obarvalo v rdečo barvo kar pomeni, da ga je potrebno prestaviti na drugega zaposlenega:
Filtri
Znotraj koledarja lahko filtriramo po naslednjih kriterijih:

Document Type
|
Select one or more document types you want to see in the calendar.
WARNING
Only those Document Types within Orders for which the Appointment calendar toggle button is enabled in the Document Types register will be displayed here:

Display
|
You can select one of the following display modes:
- By Employees – displays orders for a single employee.
- By assets – displays orders by the availability of fixed assets.

Contractor/Employee
|
Select to display by individual employee or contractor or by multiple employees at the same time.
This shows all active employees who are entered in the Employee files or in the employee register: Personnel | Employees.

Asset
|
Select to display by individual fixed asset or multiple assets at the same time.
WARNING
From the drop-down list, you can only select those fixed assets that are entered in PANTHEON in the Fixed Assets register in the module Money l Fixed Assets and that have Equipment selected in the Subtype field.

|
Customer
|
Select the display by individual customer or multiple customers entered in the Subjects register.
|
|
Department
|
Select the display by individual department or multiple departments.
|
|
Calendar display
|
Select to see the dates in the form of a:
- daily,
- weekly, or
- monthly calendar.

Dnevni koledar
V dnevnem koledarju je prikaz na določen dan katerega izbiramo na desni strani koledarja.
Stolpci zgoraj prikazujejo imena izvajalcev oz. zaposlenih:
Če pa je prikaz po zasedenosti sredstev potem pa stolpci prikazujejo imena sredstev:
Tedenski koledar
V tedenskem koledarju je prikaz znotraj določenega tedna kateri je izbran na desni strani koledarja:
Mesečni koledar
V mesečnem koledarju je prikaz znotraj določenega meseca kateri je izbran na desni strani koledarja:
