Registers
The registers allow the user to operate PANTHEON more easily, quickly and correctly. Using registers, you can set up the program in way that allows you to work in a structured manner and follow the company's process.
We prepared a user guide to help you understand how to prepare the registers and set them up. We divided them into the following sections:

Tecta carries out a wide range of activities. It needs materials and goods from suppliers, sells its own products and provides a variety of services to perform its activities. The materials, goods, services and products are called Items in PANTHEON. In this section, we will present Items register, an example of creating new items and the related settings.

Tecta works with a variety of business partners, both domestically and abroad. Business partners are entered in the Subjects register in PANTHEON. In this section, we will present the Subjects register, an example of creating new subjects and the related settings.

Calendars help you organize your company's work in a transparent way. Several types of calendars can be created in PANTHEON. In this section, we prepared an introduction to calendars and an example of the main calendar and a working calendar in Tecta and the related settings.

Tecta's employees are organized in different departments. They work for the company in different forms of employment. They keep Personal Files. In this section, we present the organizational chart of Tecta and its departments. In addition to the general information, we also prepared examples of creating departments and jobs.

| Accounting |
Tecta has its own accounting department. They use double-entry bookkeeping. In this section, we introduce you to the registers used by the accounting department: chart of accounts, tax types, cost centers, fixed assets and small tools. We also prepared examples of creating a new fixed asset and a cost center.

Warehouses are a key part of goods and materials flows at Tecta.The company has several activities: production, purchasing, sales, service, ... The warehouses are interconnected, because they exchange goods. In this section, we present the Tecta warehouses, an example of creating a new warehouse and the basic features of working with warehouses in PANTHEON.

Document types allow structured collection and recording of documents in PANTHEON. The number and type of document types depends on the business processes of the company. Register import
|
Registers constitute the basic information of any company's business. A company deals with the registers when it starts its business or when it switches to using an ERP. At PANTHEON, we are familiar with many different registers. Users can import registers from a web server or an Excel spreadsheet. In this section, we present an example of the process of importing registers from a web server and from an Excel template.
