Report Type |
Select a report type. |
Active |
Select status of items which will be included in the report:

Item |
The currently selected items is offered by default. You can change it at will. Use wildcard characters to set group of items. |
Prim. Categ. |
Set primary category which is defined in the Items register.
Check one or more options.

Sec. Cat. |
Set secondary category which is defined in the Items register. |
Supplier |
Enter or select a primary supplier of the item. |
External ID |
Enter item's external ID. |
Show Products that Contain Item |
Check it to include child items from specification. |
Currency |
Set currency used with items included in the report. All prices will be converted in the set currency. |
Date |
Set valid date for exchange rate list used in conversion. The exchange rate of the bank is used for price list. |
No. of Levels
|
Set number of spec levels to be displayed.
Setting 0 will include all levels. If you on the other hand enter 1 the first level level will be included, etc.

Spec Qty |
Set value for corresponding quantity of finished products for which child items and their prices are displayed.
The value -1 is set by default so that the quantity entered in the Specification panel of the Items register will appear in the report.

Check it, to include note to item. |
Item Types |
Check item type to include in the report. |
Price List |
Set parameters to determine the quantity of child items consumed for report.
That is, you can set subject, subject type, warehouse (if separate pricing is set) and price (for detailed treatment see Price List).

Click it to display specification. There are two predefined reports types:
- Specification - Displays only quantities of child items included in specification - that is, to the set level, for selected quantity of finished product or for the quantity entered in the Specification panel in the Items register.

- Specification - Price - Displays only quantities of child items included in specification - that is, to the set level, for selected quantity of finished product or for the quantity entered in the Specification panel in the Items register. The only difference is that the value of child items consumed and the value of finished product are determined according to the selected price. That is, a price from the Items or Contract Prices registers.
