Below are listed variables for salary formulas included under Program parameters item in Formula Builder: 

 The following field and button are made available in Formula Builder after selecting specific variables under Program parameters:

Pay Slip

 

 

 

The Pay Slip field and the Use in Formula button only appear with variables used for referencing pay slips of the previous period.

The variables in question are listed below:

  • Del11
  • Del12  
  • Del31  
     

For example, to reference variable Del11 in pay slip number 09-P00-000006 enter it as follows:

#Del11-09-P00-000006# (the Net variable - and select a pay slip from the Pay Slip). Finally, click the Use in Formula button.

Del28     Gross hourly rate for calculating compensations up to 30 days     

Del29     Employee’s gross salary if working entire month - basic salary in GE edition.
               Enter formula in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.      

Del30     Ratio between position's hours and hours worked. (In case calculations are performed for a single employment position the variable returns value 1.)

ENTERING VARIABLES

You can enter variables that are listed under Program parameters item in the Custom Fields panel in Personnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary.

 

Reference variables from Custom Fields using #Del + two-digit consecutive field number#.

 

Let us assume that you would like to reference the field Premium Class in formula. To do this, enter variable #Del05# in formula.
