PANTHEON Granules represent additional services that can be activated when you need certain functionality of the PANTHEON program for your employees.
This user manual explains the entire process from activating PANTHEON Granules to using them. It also show some examples of using individual PANTHEON Granules, which can help you understand how they can best be used by your employees or superiors in their daily work.

Using PANTHEON Granules at Tecta, a fictional company |
To help you better understand the use of PANTHEON Granules, an example of a fictional company Tecta is used. Tecta's employees do business from anywhere and at any time (from home, in the office or in the field). They access PANTHEON using PCs, tablets or mobile phones. PANTHEON Granules allow them to use only selected functionalities of the PANTHEON program according to their business needs, while being completely independent of their location. |

Granule Work records |
This chapter shows you how users can easily record attendance, absence, lunch breaks, etc., using Granule Work records. This can be done at the workplace, from the field or from home. You will also learn how to easily keep track of your own working hours, overtime or missing hours, how to monitor annual leave available and used, and how to submit requests for annual leave, sick leave and other requests. |
Granule Travel orders |
Granule Travel orders makes it quick and easy to enter travel orders online from anywhere at any time. This chapter presents examples of how to simply create a travel order and add documents to it. |
Granule Documents and Tasks |
Granule Documents and Tasks allows you to access all the documentation stored securely in the archive from your phone or other mobile device. You can view your documentation, save new documents and confirm them using Tasks. This chapter shows examples of how to quickly enter a document using a mobile phone camera, sign a document in the field using a tablet and confirm a document in the field.

Granule B2B orders |
Granule B2B orders allows you to order directly from suppliers. Using this PANTHEON Granule, the customer has access to the supplier's database, where the customer can view the current stock and create their own orders. This PANTHEON Granule is not linked to an employee within the company, but to an external partner.
This chapter presents examples of how a customer creates a B2B order, how to check available stock and how to view invoices using Granule B2B orders.

Granule Dashboard |
The Granule Dashboard provides an easy and quick overview of your company's business performance indicators in real time on smartphones, tablets and PCs. Using Granule Dashboard, you can access the key indicators from anywhere and at any time, since no time-consuming login to a stationary computer is required.
This chapter presents examples of how to use the basic dashboards to view your company's business performance and create custom indicators tailored to the user's needs.
