Proces od aktivacije do uporabe PANTHEON Granul

V tem poglavju vam bomo opisali korake v procesu od aktivacije PANTHEON Granul pa vse do točke, ko novi uporabnik začne z njihovo uporabo v programu PANTHEON Web.

Opis procesa:

  1. Izpolnitev pogojev za uporabo - odgovorna oseba zagotovi, da ima podjetje vsaj eno PANTHEON WEB licenco. Kreira uporabnike, ki bodo uporabljali PANTHEON Granule in namesti brskalnik Google Chrome.
  2. Naročilo storitve - skladno z potrebo podjetja izbere vrsto in število potrebnih PANTHEON Granul. 
  3. Aktivacija – aktivacijo dodatnih storitev uredi na DATALAB uporabniških straneh.
  4. Prejem obvestila o aktivaciji - administratorji in odgovorna oseba na navedeno ePošto prejme potrditveno sporočilo o aktivaciji PANTHEON Granul.
  5. Dodeljevanje PANTHEON Granul - aktivirane granule dodeli uporabnikom. 
  6. in 6a. Uporabniki PANTHEON lokalnih licenc ali uporabniki na PANTHEON gostovanju - glede na vrsto namestitve izbere način dodelitve PANTHEON Granul uporabnikom.
  7. Aktivacija v PANTHEON WEB licenci - v programu PANTHEON Web Light uporabnikom osveži PANTHEON Granule.

     7. Začetek uporabe - uporabnik se prijavi v PANTHEON Web Light in začne z uporabo PANTHEON Granule.
