From activating PANTHEON Granules to first use (process)

This chapter describes the steps in the process from activating PANTHEON Granules to their first use in PANTHEON Web.

Process description:

1. Meeting the requirements for use: The person responsible needs to ensure that the company has at least one active PANTHEON WEB license. The person responsible creates users who will use PANTHEON Granules and installs the Google Chrome web browser.
2. Ordering the service: According to the company's needs, the person responsible selects the type and number of PANTHEON Granules required.
3. Activation: Because PANTHEON Granules are additional services, the person responsible must activate them by visiting the Datalab PANTHEON USite.
4. Receiving activation notification: IT administrators and the person responsible receive a confirmation email about the activation of PANTHEON Granules to the email address provided upon ordering.
5. Assigning PANTHEON Granules: The granules activated are assigned to users.
6. 6. and 6a. Local PANTHEON license users or PANTHEON Cloud users: Depending on the installation type, the person responsible selects the appropriate method for assigning PANTHEON Granules to users.
7. Activation in the PANTHEON Web license: In PANTHEON Web Light, the person responsible refreshes PANTHEON Granules for users, thus enabling them to start using the service.

7. First use: The user logs in to PANTHEON Web Light and starts using their PANTHEON Granules.
