Document preview

The Document Preview for the selected document appears on the right side of the Documents form.
With this functionality, you can preview all files added to the selected document from the grid list.


The Document Preview includes many options for document management:

(Collapse/expand document preview)

By clicking on the button, you expand or collapse the document preview windows for easier data review.

(Show/Hide document preview)
|
By clicking on the button, you open the window preview in a new pop-up window.
|

(Navigation buttons)
|
The buttons enable navigation between the documents in the package.
|

(Moving the document)
|
By clicking on the document, the document can be moved around the window.
|

(Copy selected text to the clipboard)
|
By clicking the button, you copy the selected text from the document to the clipboard.
|

(Snapshot part of the document)
|
By clicking on the button, you snapshot part of the document.
|

(Draw note square)
|
By clicking on the button, you draw a square, where you can enter any note.
|

(Add text watermark to the document)
|
Clicking on the button opens a drop-down list with options for adding a watermark to the document. You can choose between:
- Add a text watermark
- Add a picture watermark
- Draw a picture watermark

(Print document)
|
Clicking on the button opens the print menu.
|

(Change view)
|
By clicking on the button, you can change the view of the document to a PDF preview.

(Close file)
|
Close the document preview by clicking the button.
|

The buttons enable zooming or reducing (zoom in, zoom out) the preview of the document.
|

(Fit to width)
|
By clicking on the button, the section with the preview of the document is adjusted to the width.
|

(Fit to page)
|
By clicking on the button, the preview section of the document is adjusted to the pages.
