Materials – MF


The form Materials is used to check the material lines on a work order (WO).
The form shows all WO material lines, their general information, the progress in percentage and graphically, the status and the number of material already issued and required per line.
To open the form, select Manufacturing | MF Work orders from the menu and click one of the WO cards. Then click the tab Materials.

HINT
Clicking a material card opens the form Issued material for reporting the quantities issued for the selected line. For more information on the form, see the chapter Issued material – MF.

Below is a description of the form's features:
The form toolbar contains buttons and tabs to navigate between the forms in Manufacturing.
For more details on the toolbar, see section 1. Toolbar in the chapter Work order – MF.
The header of the form shows the number and the related item (finished product, semi-product) of the WO.

This part of the form shows all material cards.
Each material card (shown in the image at the beginning of this chapter and detailed in the image below) contains general information about the material line.

The image of the item from the material line if it has been added to the Items register. |
Name |
The name of the material or operation item from the Items register. |
# (Številka pozicije) |
The number of the line where the item is located on the WO BOM. |
Progress bar |
Graphical display of the progress in the issue of material recorded at the given WO line. |
Status (progress in %) |
There are two line statuses:
- Open – The status indicates that the quantity issued does not yet correspond to the planned quantity or that the issue of material for this line has not yet been completed.
- Finished – The status indicates that the total planned quantity of the material has been issued or that the issue of material for this line has been completed.
The progress in the issue of material is shown as a percentage.

Received / Planned quantity |
The reported and planned quantity of material issued and the corresponding unit of measurement. Displayed in the following format: 7/9, which means that seven of nine planned pieces have been produced. |
