In the sub Check-up tab, enter the data about the first clinical examination.

We can record a note for internal needs. |
| Note 2 |
We can record a note 2 for internal needs. |
| Clerk |
The veterinarian is added automatically, but we can change data manually. |
| Billing |
If we want that the check-up to be billable then we tick option Billing or vice versa. |
