Table View
In the Table View tab of the Daily plan form you can delegate work orders or their operations and workers to the available resources. You can delegate operations and employees simply, by using drag & drop from Work Orders/Employees form.
Additionally you can oversee the progress being made on the operations in real time.
Below is a description of the tab’s columns.

Resource
|
Displays the resource connected to the Resources register and settings on a Document Type .

Resource – Available/Planned
|
Displays the available and planned amount of time on the resource.
Planned amount is also displayed graphically in the form of a progress bar.

Note
|
By clicking on an icon, you can add note to the line.
|
|
Work Order
|
Displays the number of the linked WO.
|
|
Product
|
Displays the ID of an item produced.
|
|
Line
|
Displays the unique position number of the plan item.
The default is a sequence number, but it can also be changed arbitrarily.
|
|
Operation
|
Displays an individual operation on a related WO that is assigned to one or more resources.
Green dot ( ) shows that the operation is currently in progress.

|
Done/Planned
|
Displays quantity of produced and planned items. It is written in the form e.g. 7/10 as in 7 items produced, 10 items planned.
It is also displayed graphically in the form of progress bar.

|
Bad Qty.
|
Displays quantity of bad pieces produced.
It is also displayed graphically in the form of pie chart.
|
|
Planned Time
|
Displays planned time that was calculated based on the common norm for the operation.
|
|
Time Used
|
Displays time already used on the operations.
|
|
Scheduled Time
|
Displays the time that is already allocated to other resources for this operation.
|
|
Time Left
|
Displays the time still available for production on the operation.
|
|
Start
|
Displays the planned start time of the production of the WO.
|
|
End
|
Displays the planned end time of the production of the WO.
|
|
Time
|
Displays the cumulative time of production of the WO.
|
|
Quantity
|
Displays the planned quantity of items on the WO
|
|
Employees
|
Displays the employee that was assign to work operation.
|
|
Posted Work
|
When work is posted then the checkbox is enabled.
