Templates for Automatic Posting

Template for automatic posting can be found under Settings / Financials / Templates for automatic posting. Posting Templates window opens:

Change and add formulas in Templates for Automatic Posting register enabling you to perform calculations and post data:

• for individual often recurring postings and reports which are not included in standard automatic posts (see Posting by Template),
• for postings required by year-end,
• for periodic VAT report,
• when removing records of cost by distribution keys

All predefined templates used in automatic posting are based on predefined accounts and settings for automatic posting and are thus SAMPLE POSTING TEMPLATES. Before using them it is MANDATORY THAT YOU CHECK if the settings comply to your business and accounting practices!

This register can be import in Pantheon by using web service. See the instructions  Transfer Registers.
