Predefined eWorkflows for eDocumentation

The predefined eWorkflows from the eDocumentation group control the import and export of documents from and into eDocumentation. This includes processing and properly classifying documents and adding metadata to them.
Scan and import documents
eWorkflow is used to speed up the import of scanned physical documents into PANTHEON. By using this eWorkflow, the manual steps of scanning and saving to local folders are avoided, because the documents are scanned and imported into the program in one step. For a use case, see the chapter Importing documents by scanning. |
Import email to eDocumentation
The predefined eWorkflow Import email to eDocumentation is used to import the content of the email, as well as any attachments, via the Mailbox into the eDocumentation and classify them accordingly. For a use case, see the chapter Importing email and attachments. |
Send an e-document to bizBox
Using the Mailbox, this eWorkflow transfers documents (in the eSLOG format) from eDocumentation to the single electronic document exchange platform (bizBox). In practice, this means that the eWorkflow is used to send e-documents to the customers. For a use case, see the chapter Exporting e-documents to bizBox.
Receive an e-document from bizBox
Using the Mailbox, this eWorkflow transfers documents (in the eSLOG format) from the single electronic document exchange platform (bizBox) to eDocumentation. In practice, this means that the eWorkflow is used to receive e-documents from the customers. For a use case, see the chapter Importing e-documents from bizBox. |
Import eSLOG invoice
Based on the e-invoice (eSLOG) imported to eDocumentation, the user can create a PANTHEON receiving document using this eWorkflow. For a use case, see the chapter Receiving an e-invoice. |
Import from folders
Using the Mailbox, this eWorkflow imports documents from the local folder to eDocumentation and classifies them accordingly. At the same time, it also controls the documents that have already been imported. For a use case, see the chapter Importing from disk or from server. |
| Create PANTHEON document from scanned document |
Based on the invoice imported to eDocumentation, the user can create a PANTHEON receiving document and add the relevant data to it upon import. A link is also created between the PANTHEON document and the source document in the eDocumentation. For a use case, see the chapter Creating a PANTHEON document from scanned document. |
Print documents
This eWorkflow enables mass printing of documents from eDocumentation.
It helps you print documents for subjects for which paper correspondence is selected. For the use case, see the chapter Printing documents.
