Toolbar
The toolbar on the To-do form offers special and classic PANTHEON functionalities. Allows you to redirection tasks in the user's absence or check tasks that have already expired. You can open the form in a separate window for easier viewing or print out a to-do list.
The toolbar offers functionalities via buttons:

Tab view

Displays a list of tasks and details in tabular format.

Calendar view
|
Displays the to-do lists entered in the calendar.

 (User Absence)
|
Opens the User absence form. Allows you to redirect tasks to another user when the current task holder is not available to perform the task.

 (Check For Expiration Execute)
|
Lists tasks that have not yet been completed, but the completion date is in the past. It takes information into the Due date field.

 (Reports)
|
Offers a choice of printout for previewing or exporting/printing printouts of the to-do list. The following system printouts are available:
- 0W1 – To-do list
- 0W2 – To-to list – by subjects
- 0W3 – To-to list – by workers
- 0W5 – Open Tasks
- 0W6 – Overdue Tasks
- 0W7 – How long does a user have a specific task
