SMS and email notification settings

Customers can be notified about a received order, reminded of an arranged appointment, notified about a special sales offer, etc.
The notification process is controlled by preliminary business preparations.
The following steps are needed for the business processes connected with SMS and email notification services to work:
To send SMS messages or use the SMS notification service, the SMS notification service must be activated beforehand.

SMS notification exchange through the preliminary business processes flows through the eSMS service Mailbox, which can be downloaded via Web service to the Contacts registry.

For successful sending of SMS messages to subjects, the Subjects register | General must have the telephone number and email of the subject, where notifications will be sent to.

HINT
- For PANTHEON VET license users the imput of contact numbers and email is more detailed. You can read about it in the Owner Entry chapter.
- In order for the program to send a message to the owner, the checkbox next to the GSM number imput field must be checked. This signifies that the owner consents to SMS messaging notifications.
