Chat Log

       

Tabs with details of the task and how it was carried out, are displayed on the panel, which differ depending on how the task is created.

Tasks related to business processes have tabs: Overview, Log, Variables.

Tasks that are created manually via the Task form have tabs: Task info, Chat log, History tabs.

Tabs are located on the To-do form, in Tab view mode.

1. Overview

The tab shows on the left side (1) a graphical representation of the workflow and the current location (coloured green) in the execution process.  You can zoom in   or zoom out   by clicking on the buttons.

When you hover over a workflow block, a cloud appears with information about the user who will perform the workflow.

On the right side (2) is a Chat log table.

2. Log

The Log table shows details on how to record or modify task data.

Task

Short name of the task.

Title

Detailed task title.

Event Date

Date and time of the record on the task.

User

User who performed the task.

Operation

Operation performed:

  • update,
  • create,
  • insert,
  • delete,
  • change state,
  • error
Hint

If the operation is 'Error', the error message is written in the Status to field.

Status

Initial task status.

Opozorilo

Status types are defined in the workflow.

Status to

Decision made by the user according to the statuses offered in the workflow.

If the field is empty, other activities related to the Task have been carried out.

HINT

If in the field Operation is 'Error', the error message is written in the Status to field.

Date Changed

The date on which the change is made to the table.

Date Added

The date on which the change is made is recorded in the table.

anQId

Unique key used to link data between tables.

Comments

Message from the user who performed the task in in the Message field of workflow.

Task Instance Key

Link to the unique task number.

User Added

The user who added the data.

User Changed

The user who made the change to the data.

WF Name

The name of workflow.

Workflow Instance Key

Master table key.

3. Variables

The details of the displayed table are described in Task edit - general, (section 6).

4. Task info

The tab shows the parameters that were defined when the job was created. A detailed description of the fields and functionality is described in chapter xTASKx.

5. Chat log

The tab shows the messages generated by users in the process of solving the task. A detailed description of the table is described in the chapter Chat log.

HINT

The Chat Log tab is integrated in almost all PANTHEON forms. It is located in the Documentation tab - uredi dopolni vrstice na tistem linku.

6. History

In the tab, you can see information about the changes that have been made to the task.

Time of change

Date and time of the change to the task.

User

The user who made the change to the task.

Change type

Operation performed:

  • update,
  • create,
  • insert,
  • delete,
  • change,

Task

What has been changed.

Field

Name of the field where the change was created.

Old value

Data in the field before the change.

New value

New data in the field, after creating a change.
