Operations
The Operations form allows you to review and select operations of a selected work order (WO) from Work Orders/Employees form of a Daily Plan.
You can access the form by clicking the
(eye) icon in the field Operations on the WO line of the Work Orders/Employees form.

Below is the description of form’s features.
Header contains the data of the WO order (WO number, product) and the filters to search for operations.
Item

Enter one or more operation item’s IDs to filter which operation cards are shown.

Name
|
Enter one or more operation item’s names to filter which operation cards are shown.

Start Date
|
Enter the start date of the operation.
|
End Date
|
Enter the end date of the operation.
|
In this section all the WO’s operations are shown, according to the filters chosen in the header of the form.
Each card displays data about the operation.

Item
|
Displays the ID of the operation.
|
Start date
|
Displays the start date of the operation.
|
End date
|
Displays the end date of the operation.
|
Primary resource
|
Displays the primary resource operation is assigned to.
|
Time planned / Reported
|
Displays the time planned on the operation and time reported on the operation.
It also shows the progress of the work on the operation with a graphical progress bar.
