Settings for ePosting

         

 

This chapter presents the settings for ePosting.

Four areas need to be set for ePosting. They are a part of DMS (Document system) settings in PANTHEON:

  1. Mailbox – You need a dedicated mailbox for ePosting that will enable interaction with the OCR system.
  2. Workflows for ePosting – Workflows enable the simplification (automation) of processes that are composed of several consecutive tasks.
  3. Exchange settings – These enable OCR reading and the conversion of data from documents (invoices) to data suitable for PANTHEON.
  4. Setting up PDF parsing method – In the Subjects Register, you need to select the method of PDF parsing (summarized/detailed by line).
