Menu

Menu tab allows to customize PANTHEON main menu for the selected user.
The form can be accessed by clicking the individual user on the Users panel in Administration Panel.

The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.
1.
In this section, you can copy menu structure from other principal and edit menu permissions.
(Restore Defaults)

By clicking, reset to previous settings. The undo table is not deleted, so any changes to the menu settings are recorded and can be restored to the previous settings.

(Refresh Main Menu)
|
By clicking, menu refreshing is conducted.

HINT
The same functionality is in the Wizard of Administration Panel.

From the drop-down list select the principal (user) from which you want to copy menu structure.

(Copy from Selected)
|
By clicking, menu settings is copied from selected principal to user, which is log in into program.
|
(Group)
|
Inactive at the moment.
If the user is a member of a group, by clicking, their settings are copied to the group and apply to all users who are members of the group.

Show menues without permissions

ko je preklopnik obkjukan se za prijavljenega uporabnika postavke v glavnem meniju programa, ki imajo ničelne pravice prikazujejo z bolj svetlo sivim imenom menija.
Svetlo siva imena so zgolj podmeniji, glavni meniji ostanejo nespremenjene barve. Preklopnik je privzeto vedno odkljukan. Spodaj je primer.

User Menu
User Menu

Hidden |
Hide menu item by right click menu and select "Hide". When menu item is hidden, check box is enable and menu item is colored red. |
Changed |
Check box is enabled if there is any change made to default Menu Item. Use "Reset" function to Undo changes to default value. |
Permission |
Check box is enabled if there is a sufficient permission in Authorizations for Menu Item: Read, Write or Delete. If there's null permission, parameter Permissions is disabled. |

From right click menu you can select options:
Hide - hide selected menu item. Hidden menu item is colored red and parameter in grid is enabled.
Show - hidden menu item is changed to vissible state.
Reset - reset or restore menu item to system Menu default.
Copy from Group - By clicking it transfers goup settings currently in use.
There is an additional button available in user group menu panel:

Copies settings to the for the entire user group, or for the entire group and at the same time for all members of the group. When selecting either of the two options the following IRIS message is returned (see 4014 Copy menu settings from user (xx) to group (yy)). |
- when parameter is enabled, all menu entites that have permission "none", are displayed as disabled. In this case user who is setting permissions, can see none permisions from Pantheon menu. Parameter cannot be saved and feature for checking 'none' permissions is only possible when this form is opened. Only child menus are shown as disabled, main menu (parent menu) Orders, Goods, Manufacturing etc. are not shown as disabled.
