Register Settings

You can set to each standardized field a lookup list (lt - lookuptype) to search or display additional fields. You can add to an individual lookup field an SQL or Select Query to search and define names to columns in the lookup table or list.

For details see Register Settings in Administration Panel.

Select search settings for items by ID and name as well as custom search (which is a method for searching items using the 44489.gif44490.gif function) in program parameters.

Here you can modify the settings to specific user requirements.

Custom Item Search

Miscellaneous

Here you can set user settings for searching by subject IDs. They are, however, set at company menu option of program parameters.

The level of Superior supervision can be set for all of the options under Superiors and Employees whom He or She is Superior. The level is visible and can be set only if an option is enabled.

Warning

The most easy way to edit settings for searching items is by clicking the Import button causing import of the default settings from the parameters which can then be modifid to meet the specific user requirements! When clicking this button imports ALL parameters!
