History Tab
All sending and printing reminders is being saved automatically. Sending reminders review can be found on tab History and in Debt Collection module.

WARNING
For Debt Collection module some settings need to be done first to see created reminders. We need to select Debt Collection Document in document type setting..

Created reminders are visible also in tab Documents in Subject register (Settings | Subjects | Subjects).
Here is a description of the tab and its individual elements.

Subject
|
You can select subject for whom you want to see history of reminders.

Name 2
|
You can enter name 2 of subject for whom you want to see history of reminders.
|
|
Linked Document
|
You can enter linked document for which you want to see history of reminders.
|
|
Send Date From / To
|
Set send date from and to, to see history for wanted period of dates.
|
|
Calculated Interest
|
In this section select what you want to see in history of reminders:
- All – calculated and not calculated interests
- Calculated – only calculated interests
- Not calculated – only not calculated interests

By clicking this button bellow in lines history of reminders is shown.
