Setting on Department - Payroll

PANTHEON enables the calculation of numerous ways of calculating payrolls. One of them is definition of parameters in relation to the Department.

Basic data needed for payroll calculation are set in the Administration Panel | Settings | Personnel | Payroll.

Warning The appearance of panel Department depends on the parameter Settings on department, set in Administration Panel | Settings | Personnel. If it is enabled, leave can be set by department.

In this this chapter of the User manual, we will present an example of defining data for payroll calculation set by the Department

Case summary The person responsible wants to define specific Salary Compensations for department Manufacturing. The reason for doing this is because for the department Manufacturing, company has different formula for calculating minimum Salary. This is done as follows: Opening the tab Salary Compensations Defining department Defining formula for calculating minimum Salary for Manufacturing department

The Person responsible selects the Settings module from the menu and opens the Program | Administration Panel | Settings | Personnel | Payroll .
