Reports can be selected:

• by clicking the report icon in taskbar and selecting type of report from report list
• by clicking the report icon in taskbar and selecting type of report in the window for entering report criteria

Some windows offer additional report buttons for quick access.

Two commonly used reports in invoices issued are for example Invoice and Packing Slip.

Clicking the Invoice button generates the recently used report.

If the last generated report was 241 - Invoice, clicking the Invoice button will generate an invoice with the currently selected parameters. There is no need to select report type once again.

Right-clicking the report button, opens a list of reports. Proceed with selecting a report.
