Clicking help icon in taskbar and selecting HelpDesk to obtain support or to report an error.
On top you see the registered user who will appear on incidents and answers you post together with the name of your company.
The following options are available online:

Link to a page of online guide linked to the incident you submitted regarding an issue. Simply click it. This way you can check whether or not you can find the answer in online userguide topics. Clicking the option Help in the menu offers you the link as well. |
Submit an incident (question, error, issue) to your support provider |

Viewing incidents and answers.
You can view all submitted incidents using a special HelpDesk application. This way answers can be observed easily.
