Report questions to a supporter

Report questions to a supporter

 

By clicking on the Send questions to a supporter option, you can report to a supporter where you feel you need help, clarification or a bug report.

The function allows you to connect to your user website at DataLab d.o.o., where you have the possibility to report a question to your supporter, review their answers and view a database of all questions sent to the supporter.

The welcome address will display the name of the registered user who is logged in to the programme, and the name of your company.

The website offers the following options:

Report a new event (question, bug, usage issue) to your supporter If you cannot find the answer to your question in the user guide or in the list of questions or answers you have received so far, you can submit a new question to your supporter.
Reply to the notification Review the answers entered by your supporter, yourself or another user of the programme in your company.
Overview of applications An overview of the questions you have already sent to the supporter and the answers you have received.
