Members

       

Members tab allows to add selected user to group.

Tab is accessed as sub-tab of the Security tab by clicking the individual panel of group, on the Groups panel in Administration Panel.

The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.

1. Members

In this section you can see list of user, which are members of group, filter by statuses or removing then from group.

Name

ID of users, which are members of group.

Title

Name of users, which are members of group.

Active status

  • All – Show all statuses of members.
  • Active – Show only active members.
  • Inactive - Show only inactive members.

By clicking, to remove a user from the list of members of the group.

2. Principals

In this section you can see list of principals (user) in database, filter by statuses or adding selected user into group.

Name

 ID of principals (user).

Title

Name of principals (user).

Active status

  • All – Show all statuses of principals.
  • Active – Show only active principals.
  • Inactive - Show only inactive principals.

By clicking, to add a user on the list of members of the group.

 

HINT

To make it easier to review your settings between groups, you can open the form in a separate tab or window. Read more in chapter Settings (Comparing permissions).
