After entering the required data (It is mandatory to enter tax number since it is used as constant) and save the record (by pressing or entering the next entry), it is assigned the next available consecutive number. ID prefix is represented by tax number, that is, if it does not exceed 10-digit prescribed length. Available spaces are filled in by zeroes. Let us for example say that you enter tax number 12345 and this is the first record including this tax number:

Whenever assigning IDs for some record in register, you must save the record. Otherwise the ID will not be created and an error returned.
