Extra persons tab
The tab Extra persons of the Received Credits form allows you to enter data of up to four extra persons or subjects to the received credit.
Subjects can be chosen from Subjects register; in this case, the fields are automatically filled with data from the register. Data can also be put in manually.

The data in the tab Extra persons can be used in PANTHEON Reports.

For each extra person in the tab there are eight fields for data input:

Extra subject 1
|
In the field, you can choose a subject from the Subjects register. You can choose from the drop-down menu or by clicking the  lens icon and pick the subject from the list.

Subject
|
In the field, the ID of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.

Name 2
|
In the field, the Name 2 of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.

|
Address
|
In the field, the Address of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.

Postal Area
|
In the field, the Postal code of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected, by selecting it form a drop-down menu from Postal Areas register.

Country
|
In the field, the Country of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.

VAT code
|
In the field, the VAT No. of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.

Reg. No.
|
In the field, the Registration No. of a subject, selected from the Subjects register is shown.
You can enter data manually, if the subject is not selected from Subjects register.
