This panel documents all requests made by the logged-in user.

1. Add request
The Add request button quickly and easily adds a custom request and further applied to Tasks.
Clicking on the Add request button open a pop-up window with the following fields:

Personnel |
Select the employee. By default, the logged-in user is selected, but can be changed. |
Superior/Approver |
From the drop-down menu, select the leader or certifier who is in charge of reviewing the request. If the leader is already selected in Position/Salary, it will be applied here by default. |
Request type |
Select request type:
- Absence (annual leave, sick leave) – uses the Leave, sick leave register/calendar in Settings | Calendar| Calendar Entry Type | HERA (absence)
- Work obligation – uses the Work obligations register in Settings | Calendar| Calendar Entry Type | Working Hours
- Miscellaneous tasks – uses the Miscellaneous tasks register in Settings | Calendar| Calendar Entry Type| Employess (meetings, etc.)

Type of absence

Select between different types of absence/obligation/task depending on the previous field. Subordinate types are taken from respective registers in Settings | Calendar| Calendar Entry Type |
Start |
Enter the starting date (and time in needed) or select it in the calendar (and time in needed). |
End |
Enter the ending date (and time in needed) or select it in the calendar (and time in needed). |
Comment |
Enter a note for the approver |
By clicking on the Cancel button, we cancel the entry of the request. By clicking the Confirm button, we send the request to worklow.

WARNING
The predefined workflow for requests is set in the PANTHEON database in Workflows.
If the database does not yet include a workflow for adding requests, clicking on the Approve request button in the pop-up window will emerge in a warning message: The workflow for adding claims is missing. This means that the respective workflow has to be added to the database or imported through the Transfer registers window.

2. Approve request
Clicking on the button Approve request button we send the request to Tasks. According to the Workflow, we can then approve, redirect, reject, etc.

Hint
Requests are tied to predefined workflows – business processes; this makes them customizable and adaptable to specific company needs

3. List of requests
All requests made by the logged-in user can be seen in the list.
Superior |
Selected Superior/Approver who is in charge of reviewing the request. |
Request Date |
The date and time the request was created. |
Type |
The request type (Absence, Working Hours, Other).

Absence Type
|
Type of absence/obligation/task. |
From |
The start date of absence/obligation/task on the request. |
End |
The end date of absence/obligation/task on the request. |
Note (employee) |
The entered comment by the employee who submitted the request. |
Note (superior) |
The entered comment by the superior/approver who processed the request. |
Status |
The status of the request in real time. Possible statuses are:
- In approval,
- Approved
- Rejected
- Notified
