Copy daily plan

The Copy Daily Plan form allows you to copy an existing Daily plan and create a new plan. With this function, the preparation of the daily plan can be made easier, replacing the function of the daily plan template.

Below, see a use case for the feature.

Case summary The responsible person wants to use an existing daily plan and create a copy. They will copy the existing daily plan 23-HDP0-000004 using the 'Copy Daily Plan' function

The person responsible selects Daily plan/HDP0 Daily plan from the Manufacturing module.

Then, on the navigation bar, they find the existing daily plan 23-HDP0-000004 and open it.

The responsible person wants to copy this specific daily plan and uses the Copy Record button in the toolbar of the Daily plan form.

Afterward, a new window opens, containing two sections: the upper section Copy From displaying the information about the original daily plan, and the lower section Copy To displaying the form for the new daily plan's data.

In our case, responsible person will change the shift and superior.

After clicking the button  (Copy), they received a message informing them that they have successfully copied the existing plan with a new document number.

By clicking OK, the new document appears.
