Tab Settings – Account Card

On the Settings tab, you can enter the criteria for the account card report.
The tab can be accessed from the menu Financials | Reports | Account Card.
Here is a description of the tab:

Account
|
Select an account from the drop-down menu. You can also choose more than one account by using the multiselect button. |
Range |
Check this checkbox when filtering by a range of accounts. |
Account |
Additional account. The account card can be prepared for:
- two accounts in one report. For example, for one subject, you can prepare a report for liabilities and for advanced payments to suppliers. In this case, do not check the Range checkbox.
- for a specific range of accounts. In this case, the Range checkbox should be checked.

Contra Acct. |
Contra account is one of possible parameters for the account card report. |
Subject |
Subject is one of the parameters for the account card report. |
Name 2 |
Name 2 is one of the parameters for the account card report. |
Department |
You can enter a department or departments to find posts linked to departments. Use for multiselect. |
Cost Center |
You can enter a cost center or cost centers to find posts linked to cost centers. Use for multiselect.

HINT
Using the function opens a lookup table in which multiple options can be selected within a single field. In this case, different Cost Centers in relation to their Name, Group or Status are displayed.
In the lookup table, you can see also non-active cost centers.

Currency |
Report can be prepared for the selected currency (from general journal lines). If unchecked, the account card will contain post of all currencies. |
Subj. Type |
The drop-down menu with subject types enables you to prepare an account card for the selected subject type. Use for multiselect. |
Document |
Report can be prepared for only one document. Note that you can prepare the report using the wildcard characters! |
Linked Document |
Repot can be prepared for the selected linked document. |
Clerk |
Report can be prepared for the selected clerk. This is the person from the header of the general journal. |
Note |
Note from general journal is also one of the parameters that can be used in report. |
Export to DBF |
Account cards can be exported to a DBF format. |
Amounts |
Select whether report should contain LCY or FCY.
- If local currency (LCY) is selected, the report will show amounts in local currency only, even if the original post is made in foreign currency.
- If foreign currency (FCY) is selected, the report will show only original currency of the posts.

Initial balance |
The same functionality as in the case of trial balance reports:
Doc. Type of Opening On Date checks if there is opening document on Target Date From and uses this values as initial state of account card.
Transactions Up To – Initial state is calculated from first opening document and all posts except posts on opening and closing document types until Target Date From.
Transactions Up To and Including – Initial state is calculated from first opening document and all posts except posts on opening and closing document types until and including Target Date From.

Document types in period |
Enables you to select the desired document types for review. The selection of document types for review is stored seperately for each user. |
