How to set up a loyalty program?
Loyalty programs reward a company’s repeat customers with discounts, free offers, and other incentives to encourage customers to come back. In this chapter, the functionality of setting loyality program POS module will be described.

Case summary
The person responsible would like to start using a loyalty program on POS issued documents. He wants to set up loyalty cards, so they are owned cards with prefix LO1 in specific format PPPLLLSSSSSSSSSS with action of 30% discount on specific items. In order to do so, the steps listed below should be following:
- Define loyalty cards
- Define actions
- Create POS invoices with loyalty program

To set up loyalty program, the person responsible first should define loyalty cards.
In menu Settings | Program | Loyalty cards | Loyalty cards setting of card number format, prefix, name of loyalty program etc. can be done. In order to set loyalty cards with prefix and in specific card number format, the person responsible clicks on button
(New record). In fields Card and Name, prefix and card number format enters data as follows:

Finish the process by clicking on button
(Create cards). On tab Card overview can view all cards created and subject from Code of subjects:

In the next step, the person responsible should define actions in order to set loyalty program. Opens menu Settings | Program | Loyalty cards | Loyalty action clicks on button
(New record). In field Action sets name of action ad follows ‘ "Weekly Savings"’ and define it as active:

Also define period of action duration, specific Warehouse and days in week that action is active:

Finishes when rebate or price is defined for two items code: CHAIR and TABLE as shown:

Finish the process by clicking on button
(Save).

Settings can be done for specific code of item and/or classification of items.

The person responsible opens menu Goods | Issue | POS | 3200 -POS retail. Clicks on button
(New record) in order to open new POS issued document. In field Card scan or choose loyalty card:

After selecting the number of loyalty card, calculation is done and rebate is written and included in invoice:

PANTHEON finishes the process of calculation and message appears:
