Wizards in Fixed Assets Register

Wizards in Fixed Assets register may be accessed via menu Financials | Fixed Assets | Fixed Assets in Toolbar.

The features specific on the Fixed Assets form can be accessed by clicking the  (Wizards) button:

• Clone: by clicking this function, program makes a clone/copy of chosen fixed asset.
• Adjustment of Purchase Value due to Changed Deductible:
• Create Invoice for Fixed Asset Purchase: We can create suppliers invoice for purchase of new fixed assets 
• Summary reports that contains value review of fixed assets in connection with suppliers invoices:
  • FA register check and invoices received,
  • Invoices not found in the FA register,
  • FA register entries without invoices,
  • Tax depreciation: register of tax codes is opened.
  • FA movement fill empty return dates: on the Movement tab we have the first date of fixed assets (e.g.issue date), when the location of FA changes for example, to make it work or to save it you have to enter this date of change in the Return Date field. Because this action it was being forgotten, this wizard was used. When you have multiple items on Movement tab, this wizard helps.
