Paste from Excel
If you have planning data in Excel, you can also copy data directly to planning form and skip the import step.
Paste data to master table
- Before we prepare data, at least one line should be added into plan; then plan should be exported to Excel or prepared in Excel with same structure as in PANTHEON.

- We prepare/set data in Excel.
- In Excel data (incl. headers) should be selected (see the picture); the easiest way is to use Select all (CTRL+A) and then Copy (CTRL+C).

- In main table of Planning first line should be selected (or line from which on data should be pasted); then we use Paste from Excel in Wizards menu.


- In confirmation window we decide whether (possible) existing data should be overwritten or not.

- After confirmation data will be pasted.

Paste data to details table
- We prepare main table with periods and lines; then we click on one of the cells to open details table.
- In the header of details table right-click should be used and then option Export to Excel should be used in the menu.

- We prepare/set data in Excel.
- We use Select all (CTRL+A) and then Copy (CTRL+C), to copy all the data.

- In Pantheon (after we selected the right details table) we use Paste from Excel into Details in Wizards menu.

- A message might appear that indicates that rows in the detailed grid will be overwritten. To proceed you should confirm this message.

- IRIS message indicates that rows with the same ID already exisit..

- After confirmation data will be pasted.
