General

The General tab show Employee files.
Here we find general information, birth data, years of service and other information about employee registered in the Granule.

WARNING
- By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The display of data can be changed any time in authorizations.
- Ganules specific logo and name in the main menu is visible if user has one Granule assigned to him. In case of several assignes Granules to the user the main menu shows geneal Granules logo.

Below is a description of the form’s features:

1. Header
The header in the General panel shows main information about the employee:

- Employee photo;
- First and last name, job and department;
- Type and place of residence;
- Contact data (e. g. phone number).
Employee length of service:

Arrival |
Date of arrival in the company. Click on date opens Employee record. |
Departure |
Date of departure from the company. |

The sum of years, months and days of service |
Calculation date |
Current date for calculation. |
2. General / Employee record
The form shows General data or Employee record depending what you choose from drop down menu.
General data has the following fields:
Active

Toggle button shows that the employee is employed in the company (yellow colour).

ID
|
Employee code – the first and last name can be used.
|
Registration num./ID
|
Unique registration number or employee ID within the company. Registration or ID number is not the national ID number, but the number assigned to the employee upon entering the company as their ID.

First name
|
Employee’s first name.
|
Last name
|
Employee’s last name.
|
Status
|
Employee status e.g Apprentice; Contract; Full-time, Permanent; Full-time, Temporary; Part-time; Retired etc.
Statuses are used to follow up different job types in the company.

Job
|
Employee’s job – position of employment from company Jobs register. This data is intended for human resources management and developing the employee’s history of positions inside the company.

Department
|
Employee department, from Departments register, where the particular job is positioned.
|
Superior
|
The person superior to the employee currently added. This data is important for confirming travel orders and (annual) leave requests.

Nat. ID no.
|
National personal identification number. For foreigners, enter the foreigner’s personal ID number.
|
Tax no.
|
Two-character country code from the Countries register and employee’s tax number.
|
Gender
|
Employee’s gender.
|
Citizenship
|
Employee’s citizenship.
|
Birth data
Birth date
|
Employee birth date from the calendar.
|
Birth place
|
Postal code and the place name form Post register.
|
Birth country
|
Country of birthplace from Countries register.
|
Holiday for |
In multinational company, employee can choose which country's public holidays will be relevant for payroll. |
Affiliation |
Employee religion. |
Other data
Licence plate |
Employee’s vehicle registration number from the Vehicles register.

Company vehicle
|
Enabled the toggle button(yellow colour) shows that this is a company vehicle and it is entered in the Fixed assets register. This data is used in Travel orders.

Employment records have the following fields:

Lenght od service |
Type of length of service (at which company did the employee acquire the length of service):
- This Employer,
- For Other Employers,
- Purchased;
- Other (while the employee was not employed, but the period still counts to the length of service).

Status |
Status of service:
- Employment - This option is for tracking regular employment in you and other company;
- Student Work - This option is for tracking student work;
- Temporary Work - This option is for tracking temporary work;
- Contract Work - This contract is for tracking contract work.

Date on which the employment was concluded. |
End |
Date on which the employment was terminated. |
Lendght of service |
Calculated length of service. |
Trial period |
Toggle button shows if the employee has a trial period (yellow colour). |

Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in calculation of the length of service. |
Anniversary |
Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in the calculation of anniversaries. |
Leave |
Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in the leave calcualtion. |
Incerase ID |
Code from length of service increase register. |
LoS increase |
Value according to in the Code of Incerase ID.

Data the duration ccording to in the Code of Incerase ID. |
Note |
Note, i.e. where the employee was working before, etc. |
