Locked Records

The Locked Records panel is intended for viewing users working on documents at a specific point of time.

Documents of Orders and Goods modules are included in the overview as well as journal entries and cash transactions documents from Financials module.

The functionality is accessed on panel Database  | Performance in Administration panel.

 The following is a description of the functionality of the form.

Refresh	By clicking, refreshes the data displayed.
Exclusive Document Access (Goods, Orders and Financials)	If checked, warnings are returned, that is, it prevents that more than one user would work on the document (journal entry) at the same time. In such a case the following message is returned: The document cannot be edited because another user is already editing it!
The document is locked already while reading	If checked, all documents are locked already while reading. In such a case the following message is returned: The document cannot be edited because another user is already editing it!
User	ID of user currently working on the document (journal entry).
Operation	The operation code which is currently executed.
Object	ID of document or rather journal entry on which the user is working.
Editing started	Date and hour when the user started editing the document (journal entry).
Last Change	Date and hour when the last change occurred.
